Heaven Skates Inc. is committed to conducting their programs in a safe manner and holds the safety of participants in high regard. We insist that all participants follow safe skating practices at all times. A helmet must be worn and securely buckled while skating with no exceptions.
You are solely responsible for determining if you or your minor child or ward is physically fit and or adequately skilled for the activities contemplated by this agreement. It is always advisable, especially if the participant is disabled in any way or recently suffered an illness, injury or impairment, to consult a physician before undertaking any physical activity.
Warning of Risk
Skateboarding, and Inline skating are activities that challenge and engage the physical, mental, and emotional resources of each participant. However, despite careful and proper preparation, instruction, medical advice, conditioning, and equipment there is still risk of serious injury. Understandably, not all hazards and dangers can be foreseen. Because skating puts great demands on stamina, the very nature of skating is hazardous. Such risks and dangers include but are not limited to; an irregular riding surface, losing balance, trying to perform stunts, slipping on riding surface, tripping, riding near traffic, loss of control, colliding with other riders or stationary objects, bad weather, lack of or failure of equipment. It must be recognized that it is impossible for Heaven Skates Inc. or its staff to guarantee absolute safety.
I have read the above statement and recognize and acknowledge that there are risks of physical injury to participants in this program. I voluntarily agree to assume the risk of any injuries, damages, or loss, regardless of severity that my minor child/ ward or I may sustain as a result of participating in the activities connected with or associated with this program/ activity.
I do hereby fully release and forever discharge all parties from any and all claims for injuries, damages or loss that may accrue to me or my minor child/ ward and arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with Heaven Skates Inc., The Church at Woodland or anyone involved with this program/ activity.
I have read and fully understand the above important information and warning of risk statements. I have also read the above and explained it to my minor child/ ward. I do hereby release all parties from any liability arising out of, or connected to this program.

Heaven Skates Rules
Heaven Skates Inc. is a Christian ministry. Everyone is welcome at Heaven
Skates, regardless of race or religion; however, we expect everyone to follow
our rules.
We allow skate boards, inline skates, rip sticks and scooters, and have a
special day for BMX and a special time for little kids and beginners by
appointment. Everyone must wear a helmet and keep it buckled while riding.
No Registration = No Participation
All skaters must have an up-to-date Heaven Skates waiver on file. All waivers
must be signed by a parent (if skater is under 18) in front of a Heaven Skates
official or have it notarized. You will be asked for ID if signing a waiver. You
may only sign for your children, not neighbors or friends.
Cuss = Catch the bus
Please watch your language. If you feel the need to use foul language, a staff
member will be talking with you, and may call your parents. Parents these rules
are for you also.
High = Say goodbye we call 911 zero tolerance
No alcohol or drug use is tolerated at or outside of Heaven Skates. Come to this
park high, with drugs, alcohol, or weapons and we will call 911. Smoking,
chewing tobacco or gum are also not permitted at Heaven Skates.
No respect = Reject
Respect your fellow skaters. No throwing your board, fighting, name calling,
stealing, etc.
Roam = Go home
Skate in the park only & do not go behind the counter. Surrounding properties
are off limits. Skaters caught skating surrounding properties will be suspended
from skating at Heaven Skates.
Headphones = Head for home
Some of the music of today is foul so we do not allow any outside music,
headphones etc.
No snaking / turn taking
No snaking other skaters. Have fun but let everyone take a run.
We ask for a donation of $5.00 to skate all day, and $2.00 helmet rental charge.
We also have loaner knee, elbow and wrist pads for free. We loan skate boards,
inline skates, and scooters, free of charge.
